* Caution Money is refundable only after successful completion of the course, provided the candidate has not done any serious damage to the Institute's property

* The provision is made based on session commence on 1st September of each corresponding year.
Late Fee Policy
If the annual course fee is not paid by 1st September, a late fee will be applicable as per the following schedule:
- Step 1 (1st September – 30th September): Warning issued along with a late fee of Rs.100 per day for 30 days.
- Step 2 (1st October – 31st October): The college authority will contact the student’s guardians. A late fee of Rs.100 per day will continue for the next 30 days.
- Step 3 (1st November – 30th November): Letter of Suspension will be issued.
- Step 4 (1st December – 31st December): Rusticationof the student.
- Step 5 (Re-admission): A re-admission fee of Rs.20,000 will be applicable.
Rules & Regulations
- A caution deposit of Rs.10,000 must be paid at the time of admission.
- The caution deposit is refundable upon course completion, subject to no damage to institute property.
- In case of a cheque bounce, applicable bank charges along with any late fees will be recovered from the student.
- No refund requests will be entertained after 30 days from the date of admission.
