Hostel & Transportation Fees (Per Year)

* Food charge is not included in the Hostel Fees, has to be paid directly to the vendor as per the market rate.
Late Fee Policy
If the annual course fee is not paid on or before 1st September, a late fee will be applicable as per the following schedule:
- Step 1 (1st September – 30th September): A warning will be issued along with a late fee of Rs.100 per day for 30 days.
- Step 2 (1st October – 31st October): The college authority will contact the student’s guardians. A late fee of Rs.100 per day will continue for the next 30 days.
- Step 3 (1st November – 30th November): A Letter of Suspension will be issued.
- Step 4 (1st December – 31st December): The student will be rusticated.
- Step 5 (Re-admission): A re-admission fee of Rs.20,000 will be applicable.
Rules & Regulations
- A caution deposit of Rs.10,000 must be paid at the time of admission.
- The caution deposit is refundable after completion of the course, subject to no damage to institute property.
- Hostel and transportation charges are payable in advance at Rs.6,000 per month.
- Food charges are separate and payable directly to the vendor on an actual basis.
- In case of a cheque bounce, applicable bank charges along with any late fees will be recovered from the student.
- No refund requests will be accepted after 30 days from the date of admission.
