- It is suggested to check for the payment status after at least 24 hours for any payment which is deducted from your bank/card but is not captured during the payment cycle.
- Please contact the concerned authorities for any clarification on any transaction or payment with in 7 days of the payment.
- You understand and accept that the jurisdiction for any disputes relating this institute/website/app is Siliguri.

Duplicate Transaction Clause
- The refund of the paid fees will entirely depend on a wrong/double payment made (with receipt proof)
- In case of duplicate/multiple transactions for a single payment, the duplicate transaction amounts will be refunded within 15 to 20 bank working days via the same source.
